1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Housemind ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Housemind provides context-aware voice intelligence for smart homes. The Service converts smart home events into natural language voice messages and integrates with Loxone home automation systems via API.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your API keys and passwords
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

Housemind offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the fees for your selected plan
  • Payments are processed monthly in advance
  • Usage limits apply based on your plan tier
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, designs, and content, is owned by BalkuSoft Kft. (operating as Housemind) and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BalkuSoft Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
